Hello, I’m Jordan Miller, the proud owner of JLM Contracting LLC. My journey into contracting was not traditional. Starting with a Biology degree from the University of Minnesota and a deep love of a methodical and scientific approach to any task, soon developed into a passion for problem-solving, while renovating my first home in 2018. This quickly grew into a career leading me to become a licensed residential building contractor. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills to deliver top-notch craftsmanship and reliable service to every project. Whether it’s new construction, renovations, or a custom carpentry project, I’m committed to helping homeowners turn their visions into reality.

I hired Jordan to build my 16x14 deck. He was great to work with! He was very thorough, communicated very well, and involved me throughout the entire process. He was also respectful of a few modifications I wanted to make, allowed me time to make decisions, and wasn’t resistive or pushy about it. Many times throughout the building process and also when completed, Jordan made sure I was satisfied with the results. My family and I are so excited to have our deck back. It is extremely sturdy structurally and we feel it looks fantastic!
